The Feasts of the LORD

These are His feasts — holy convocations on His calendar. The remnant keeps the appointments the King still keeps. They are not the feasts of a forgotten people, and they are not the days the nations named. They are the LORD's, in their seasons, and they train a house to live on His time.

His, not ours to reschedule

Leviticus does not invite the assembly to invent a holier calendar. It commands a people to proclaim what He already named. Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Weeks, Trumpets, Atonement, Tabernacles — each one a word in a sentence He is still speaking. To replace them with days Rome blessed is not progress. It is amnesia.

The Greater Calendar holds them where they will not collide with the seventh day. Thirteen months of twenty-eight. The feast does not wander. The Sabbath does not move to make room for a festival. They stand together, in their order.

Walk them, do not merely teach them

A feast unread is a lecture. A feast kept is a people. Eat the bread of sincerity. Afflict the soul on the tenth of the seventh. Dwell as sojourners when He says dwell. The King still keeps these appointments. The remnant keeps them with Him.
